P0130: O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

The ECM monitors the primary upstream oxygen sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) for circuit continuity, internal impedance, and proper signal activity. Trouble code P0130 triggers when the sensor voltage remains frozen, out of range (< 0.05V or > 1.10V), or fails to switch between lean and rich within the calibrated sample interval.
