Hyundai Factory Service Advisories & Field Notes

P0335 Warm No-Start on Elantra/Sonata

The crankshaft position sensor mounted on the back lower block develops thermal resistance. If the car cranks but won't start after a short run into a store, wait 20 minutes for it to cool down and replace the sensor.

P0441 EVAP Purge Solenoid Clicking

Hyundai purge control valves (mounted on the intake manifold) wear out quickly and stick open. If you hear a loud, rapid clicking from under the hood and have extended crank after refueling, replace the purge valve.
