The ECM has reduced fuel injection delivery on Bank 2 to its negative limit (-20% to -28%), yet Bank 2 oxygen sensor detects rich air-fuel mixture.

Factory Condition: Bank 2 fuel injector needle valve deposits cause injector sticking open.

OEM Service Remedy: Perform fuel injector flow balance test and replace Bank 2 fuel injectors.

Driver side (longitudinal V-engine) or front bank (transverse V6).

LTFT2: -20% to -30%

STFT2: -10% to -20%

Bank 2 Injector Resistance: 11.5 – 14.5 Ohms

Root Cause: Leaking injector on cylinder 5 or 6.

Verified Fix: Replace affected injector.

Perform fuel pressure drop test.
